Refunds and returns policies and how transactions can be cancelled

If you believe you have ordered in error or are unhappy with shipping times, please contact us so we can cancel your order and/or arrange a refund.

Delivery instructions and timeframes

Your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. If in the event your order is not in stock, you will be contacted and an extra 5 days shipping time will be added to your order.
